My Booking

Individual guests can book in two ways:

  1. If you have a credit card, you can go to our website https://www.arenahotels.com/en/hotels-istria  or visit the Radisson hotels website (only for the Park Plaza hotels) https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/ and choose ono of the offered hotels. Then you need to enter your personal information and the information off your credit card. Having done so, you need to click on the Book button. You will soon get an e-mail confirmation with your booking code. Payment is done on arrival in cash or by credit card (can be different from the one you used to book).

  2. If you don't have a credit card, you can contact us at 00385/52-529-400 or at [email protected] or our booking request webform https://www.arenahotels.com/en/request. It is important to tell us that you don't have a credit card. You will get an offer with all the information you need to make a bank transfer of ono third of the total price of the booking. When the money arrives, your booking will be confirmed. The rest of the amount is to be paid on arrival. This method of booking can be used only in case you are not arriving in the near future (the next five days) because it is important that the money arrives before you do.

It is possible to check-in from 2:00 pm, and the check-out is until 10:00 am (only in the Park Plaza Histria check-out is until 11:00 am). It is possible that your room is ready before the 2:00 pm check-in, but we cannot promise this. In case you arrive before 2:00 pm, please ask at the front office if your room is ready.

Guests are required to pay on arrival in cash or by credit card.

Yes, you can. When booking in this mannor you would noed to pay 30% of the total amount upfront to our bank account and the rest on arrival. For more information, please send 1.1. How can I book.

Yes, the invoice can be made out to your company's name. It is very important to state this on arrival since we cannot make changes to an already made invoice. You would also need to have all the data required for the invoice (the company's VAT number, name and address).

Except for a very small number of booking where this is cleary written, we do not charge your credit card before you arrive. Your credit card number that you gave us is only a guarantee of your arrival. You pay on arrival.

You can cancel without any expenses up to 3 days before arrival.

The details of you booking can be seen on the confirmation you got via e-mail (it is possible that it went to you spam folder, please check) or you can contact us at 00385/52-529-400 or at [email protected].

At the bottom of your booking confirmation you can find a link used to change your reservation. In case you are having trouble changing your reservation, please contact us at  00385/52-529-400 or at [email protected].

You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the bottom of your booking confirmation. If the system doesn't allow you to cancel that means you are past the 3 night no expenses cancellation deadline.

The cancellation cost is equal to the accomodation cost for the first night's stay.

Yes, they are. Any offer you get from use that mentions discounts already includes these discounts. That means it is not necessary to deduct anything from the price you see in the offer and it is final price.

Unless otherwise stated, the offer is valid until the prices change or until we run out of availability (whichever comes first).

Yes, you can in all our hotels, except in Guest house Riviera since it doesn't offer dinner.

 During the reservation process, you can write down your wishes in the comments section. We will do our absolute best to give you the room you wish to have, but we cannot guarantee it since it depends on availability.

There is an ATM in the Park Plaza Belvedere hotel located 100 meters from the Arena Holiday and the TUI BLUE Medulin. In the case of Guest house Riviera there is an ATM about 100 meters from the guest house.

The beaches are mostly rocky or covered in pebbles. The only sandy beach, Bijeca, is in Medulin near the TUI BLUE Medulin, Arena Holiday and Park Plaza Belvedere hotels. Guest house Riviera is located in the center of the city about 4,00 km from the beaches.

Yes, there is public transportation from all our hotels to the city centre, but buses go less frequently from Medulin (this is where our hotels TUI BLUE Medulin, Arena Holiday and Park Plaza Belvedere are located). In case you want an apartment with a bed and not a couch, you need to book one of the following apartments:

If you wish to have a sea view (or sea side) apartment, it is necessary to book an apartment that has sea view (or sea side) in its name. Then you are sure to get an apartment with a sea view. Certain resorts don't have apartments with sea view. These include Verudela Villas, Kažela Resort and the Ai Pini Resort. In the Arena Verudela Beach Resort some apartments have a limited sea view due to the growth of the trees. This is the reason why there is no apartment with sea view in its name. However, some of the Premium one-bedroom apartments have sea view. You can write down your wishes for a sea view and the reception will do their best to give such an apartment.

In case you want an apartment withour interior stairs (mostly beacuse of small children) you need to book any apartment EXCEPT the following:

Park Plaza Verudela – Two bedroom apartment (3+2), One bedroom apartment (2+2) sea side,  Premium one bedroom apartment (2+2) sea side, One bedroom apartment (2+2)

Arena Verudela Beach – none of the apartments have interior stairs

Verudela Villas Resort – Two bedroom villa (67 m²)

Splendid Resort - none of the apartments have interior stairs

Horizont Resort – none of the apartments have interior stairs

Kažela Resort – none of the apartments have interior stairs

Ai Pini Resort – none of the apartments have interior stairs

If you have any special requests relating to the position of the apartment you wish to rent, please write it down in the comments section. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you that you will get such an apartment, but we will surely do everything we can to you the apartment you want.

The cancellation costs amount the cost of the first night's stay without the extra costs (if you booked any) like meals, pets or similar costs.

Yes, but this refers only to the price of the apartment, not to the price of the meals. The discounts on the price of the meals are deducted on arrival at the front office.  Any offer you get from Arena Hospitality Group already includes discounts. This means you don't need to deduct anything from the price you see in an offer.

Almost all the apartments have a hair dryer. In the Kažela resort none of the apartments have a hair dryer and in the Horizont resort only the Superior apartments have hair dryers.

Yes, all our mobile homes have sheets and towels (for use in a mobile home, not sea towels), but they do not have kitchen towels.

Then you need to enter your personal information and the information off your credit card. Having done so, you need to click on the Book button. You will soon get an e-mail confirmation with your booking code. Payment is done on arrival in cash or by credit card (can be different from the one you used to book).

All the lots are for a maximum of 8 people, except the Standard B lots for 6 people and C lots which are for 4 people. You can always add a person to your booking (on arrival) as long as the number of people is less than the maximum number of people for that type of lot. The glamping tents are meant for 2,4 or 6 people and cannot accomodate more guests.
