Organized by Sailing Clubs ULJANIK Pula and Yacht Club ADRIACO Trieste, 14 -15.07. The PULA MAXI ON 2021 sailing regatta will be held in the Pula waters and the port of Pula.
Program:
The Maxi On trophy includes the following stages with gala and hospitality for all invited crews:
- Wednesday 14.7. departure from Trieste
- Arrival to Pula on Wednesday 14.7. evening
- Thursday, 15.7. regatta in Pula
- Friday 16.7. departure from Pula to Trieste
- Arrival to Trieste in the evening in front of Piazza Unità and award ceremony
The Pula stage is part of the large project TRIESTE YES - Yachting entertainment show, which, in addition to the central Maxi cruiser regatta, also includes small class regattas, mono class regattas and accompanying entertainment promotional programs with a big nautical event and a concert on the Trieste waterfront. The largest maxi cruisers from this part of the Adriatic, such as Portopiccolo-Prosecco Doc, Ancilla Domini, Idrusa, Pendragon, New Zealand Endeavor, Cleansport, Fanatic, are participating in the regatta.
With the first arrival of maxi cruisers in Pula, our city gets a new form of sports and tourist promotion as an exceptional sailing and nautical destination. In addition to sailing clubs as organizers, the regatta would not be possible without the great support of the City of Pula, Arena Hospitality Group, ACI, the Pula Tourist Board, and the Port of Pula.
