In a city adorned with brilliant decorations and events for all ages, inviting you to explore this year's magic at every corner, every visitor to Pula's Advent will find their Christmas fairy tale. Varied events in the heart of Pula, filled with warmth and glittering lights, along with the scent of cinnamon, cloves, and mulled sausages, will ensure unforgettable memories of the upcoming December. One of the many stops on the rich itinerary is the traditional musical Portarata Square, where the audience will enjoy numerous concerts. Gustafi, Dogma, Matija Cvek & The Funkensteins, Veja, Edo Maajka, Monarh, ABBA RING, Medea and Tedi Grubica, Miach, Goran Karan, Goran Bare & Majke, Svemirko, and Detour guarantee a great time under the stars. The old year will be bid farewell in the same place with Vojko V, while Indira Forza will have her energetic performance at Forum Square on New Year's Eve. The New Year's Eve celebration will start early in the morning at the Market with a large egg drop of 2024 eggs featuring Vesna Nežić Ružić & Magnolija, and the youngest ones will celebrate their New Year's at noon with Luka Nižetić.
For children, Advent in Pula organizes special events such as Christmas plays, workshops, and meetings with Grandma and Grandpa Frost. This year, joy and fun await them in the Enchanted Park, where they will daily enjoy a brand new Santa's house and a post office with cute elves, an accompanying fun fair, and delicious fragrant offerings from nearby Advent huts. Nearby, a carefully decorated ice rink awaits them, where ice lovers and recreational skaters of all age groups will try out acrobatics with new surprises.
Visitors can also enjoy free parking on weekdays after 5 pm or free parking on weekends and holidays. Additional night lines have been introduced throughout December, with an unlimited number of transfers from 5 pm until the last ride of the day.
A special feature of Advent in Pula is the engagement and benevolent involvement of local communities and associations participating in program realization, such as dance groups presenting the results of their work, or associations continuously investing in the social and cultural life of Pula.
