Safe Travels

To help rebuild confidence among travellers, the WTTC (World Travel & Tourism Council) has produced new global Safe Travels protocols to be used by the Travel & Tourism sector. The protocols serve as guidelines on best practice in the context of the (post) COVID-19 world, as a new approach to health and hygiene.

Safe Travels protocols have been developed in collaboration with WTTC Members, leading professional associations and international organizations, in accordance with current guidelines of World Health Organization (WHO). The protocols are meant to ensure the safety of travellers and workforces in the travel and tourism sector, and are based on four pillars: 1. Operational and Staff Preparedness, 2. Ensuring a Safe Experience, 3. Rebuilding Trust & Confidence and 4. Implementing Enabling Policies.

Arena Hospitality Group has implemented WTTC Safe Travel protocols. We proudly display the Safe Travels stamp to further inform our guests of the new standards of health and hygiene that have been implemented to make their holidays safer and more relaxed.
